Born out of our love to create functional and tidy spaces in our own homes, we created an organization technique to help others achieve the same results without the hassle. – Our team of professional organizers based on Tampa, FL develops a personalized system to suit your space and needs.
The Neat Technique focuses on decluttering spaces and reorganizing them in a way that optimizes functionality for every member of the family. When your home is properly organized, day-to-day tasks are more efficient, leaving you with a sense of calm and order, and more time to do what you really enjoy!

Our process starts with a phone consultation (30 minutes) where the experts will discuss your needs, frustrations and goals for your living space. We will explain our process and strategy to accomplish the optimal usage of your space.
Following the phone consultation, our team will schedule a face-to-face visit where we will measure spaces, take photos, and review product preferences and estimate.
Last step is our work day! We will take everything out, sort, organize, rearrange, label and take photos while you spend your day doing whatever you want!

GETTING YOUR HOME ORGANIZED
60 MINUTE CONSULTATION
$50 initial payment at time of visit.
When services are contracted, the $50.oo consultation fee will be credited to first invoice.
Product and supplies are charged as a direct reimbursement, based on client’s budget and preferences.

The most exciting part of our job is the reveal of your newly organized space. Sometimes we wish we could post the reactions of our client’s faces rather than the rooms themselves. It is a wonderful feeling to know we’ve started the foundation for a newly organized home.

Anyely and Karen, both native Colombians, first met at a moms’ group in 2015. They instantly connected over their common heritage, lives as new moms and of course mutual love for all things organized! Thus began The Neat Technique with the goal of helping families simplify their lives by organizing each space in their homes.
The Neat Technique did a magnificent job organizing my kitchen. I live in a small house with a small, enclosed kitchen and Anyely and Karen really gave my kitchen the I desperately needed. They listened to me, discussed options, and were so flexible and helpful. They did all the work, were dedicated, clean, and so much fun! I would suggest them to anyone with any type of organizing need. Can’t wait to have them back and work on the rest of my house!
